Incentives Identification
EV-SEg sources industry-leading third-party data to identify available non-dilutive EVSE installation incentives applicable to each project. EV-SEg’s data sources track over 500 grant and incentive programs throughout the US and Canada. In addition, EV-SEg obtains publicly available data for utility rates, utility rebates, and any utility-related incentive programs related to electric vehicle (EV)
Charging Demand Scenario Development
EV-SEg develops EVSE charging demand scenarios relevant to the use case anticipated for each location. Using these demand scenarios, EV-SEg projects load profile and forecasts electricity costs based on relevant electricity rates.
Site-Specific Financial Analysis
EV-SEg develops a detailed financial analysis integrating the following infrastructure and electrical cost elements:
EVSE infrastructure capital expense, including all electrical supply make-ready construction and EVSE equipment costs.
Non-dilutive grants and other financial incentives that reduce required initial capital expenditures
Long-term, ongoing EVCI and electrical supply infrastructure maintenance
Grants and other financial incentives that reduce ongoing EVSE operating expenses and electricity costs.
Comprehensive Financial Analysis and Summary Report
EV-SEg integrates the analyses resulting from Tasks 1 through 3 summarized above to synthesize a comprehensive financial analysis of the investment opportunity and profit potential for each site. We then generate a professional, presentation-ready report that can be used in capital fundraising efforts.

Once sites are selected, EV-SEg starts the development process with an in-depth engineering study to determine the specific structural and electrical needs of the project. We specify world-class EVSE — including hardware, software, monitoring, and storage solutions — with proven long-term durability and performance, prioritizing American-made products.
Specialized Consulting
EV-SEg offers niche consulting services at the development stage to ensure project success, including feasibility studies, interconnection agreements, rate structure analysis, equipment comparison, and more.
Phase 3
Deployment
Project Management
Your dedicated EV-SEg Project Manager will guide you through the entire installation process, coordinating all activities between project development and final commissioning. We take pride in delivering quality installations on budget and within project deadlines.
Safe, Solid Construction
EV-SEg follows the highest safety and construction standards available in the industry today, including NABCEP-certified design and Cal-Fire regulations. Our teams are OSHA-certified and frequently conduct advanced safety training and reviews. We use EVITP-certified crews.
Commisioning and Turnover
After system commissioning and performance verification are complete, we provide owner training and turn over complete documentation and system warranties.

Asset Management
Live Monitoring
Our systems are outfitted with state-of-the-art monitoring hardware that ensures all EVSEs run optimally. Our software aggregates data, including production and weather data, giving a complete picture of system performance. Our monitoring portals are accessible through any internet-connected device.
Operations & Maintenance
EV-SEg’s service team performs preventative, predictive, and corrective maintenance; emergency response as needed; and remote monitoring of production data.
