As a minority-owned, women-owned, green small business, our primary focus is to provide our clients full-service, turnkey solutions that meet their EV-charging needs and long-term renewable energy goals.
Based in Los Angeles, EV-SEg has ongoing development projects throughout California, Colorado, and Florida. We specialize in commercial and industrial (C&I) sites and multifamily dwellings (MFD), working with owners across private, corporate, non-government, and government sectors to deploy at community sites, parking structures, shopping plazas, and more.

Partnerships for Sustainable Development
We strongly believe in equitable partnerships in all that we do. EV-SEg supports Justice40 and other workforce development programs. We have developer agreement with both the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW) and the National Electrical Contractors Association (NECA) and deploy them and others like ChargerHelp in all our projects. EV-SEg sources the most appropriate EVCI solutions through relationships with various industry- leading original equipment manufacturers (OEM), as well as leading non-profit organizations active in the space. As an alum of Los Angeles Climate Incubator (LACI) we blend these products and services with customized financial analysis and products/solutions as well as locally sourced labor to ensure efficient and economically beneficial outcomes for each site anywhere in the US, delivering best-in- class development, deployment, and asset management.

With a track record spanning over two decades, Flemlyn is renowned for her exceptional performance and dedication to exceeding client expectations, a testament to the enduring relationships she’s cultivated.

Alon Doron
Co-Founder, Chief Commercial Officer
Alon is a results-oriented executive with extensive experience developing and delivering products and services that use technology to streamline processes, improve outcomes, and give back to the communities they serve. As an entrepreneur, Alon has built several award-winning businesses. He has created long-term marketing partnerships with Bank of America, Capital One, Dell, HP, Microsoft, and many other Fortune 500 companies.
As CCO, Alon envisions EV-SEg as a change agent: A platform for quick deployment of today’s best EV-charging equipment and integrated clean energy technologies. A platform to recruit and train more capable people for the new economy. Demonstrating his commitment to sustainability, Alon drives an electric vehicle.
